Cory B. Sellers, DDS, MSD

Prosthodontist

Dr. Sellers began his education in Provo, Utah, earning his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University. He went on to study dentistry at the Indiana University School of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Science. Dr. Sellers completed a one-year, hospital-based general practice residency at Indiana University. He then finished his three-year prosthodontic training at Indiana University School of Dentistry, receiving his certificate in prosthodontics and Master of Science degree in dentistry, having completed his thesis on the evaluation of the corrosive effects of fluoride on dental materials.

Active in a number of associations and colleges, Dr. Sellers maintains a high profile in his industry. He holds membership in the American Dental Association®, American College of Prosthodontists, and the Dayton Dental Society, as well as the Indiana Dental Association, International College of Dentists, and Ohio Dental Association.

Dr. Sellers gives back to the community and his profession by teaching and volunteering. He currently teaches residents basic prosthodontics at the Dayton VA Medical Center. Prior to that, he taught residents basic prosthodontics at the Indiana University Medical Center until July 2010. Since 2005 he has volunteered dental services to the underprivileged at the Trinity Free Clinic in Hamilton County, Indiana.

Rhett Olsen, DDS

Exodontist

Dr. Rhett Olsen was born and raised in Southern Utah. He graduated Cum Laude from Dixie State University and later furthered his education at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Southern California.

Dr. Olsen completed his residency in general dentistry in the Air Force, where he received his certificate in IV sedation. He continued serving as a general dentist for the United States Air Force in Japan, Europe, Las Vegas and Ohio. We’re thrilled to have him as an addition toour team where he provides services such as extractions, IV conscious sedation, implants and more!

When Dr. Olsen is not practicing, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and practicing photography.

Mostafa Tabaa, DDS

Periodontist

Dr. Tabaa earned his D.D.S degree at the Damascus University College of Dentistry, Syria, and practiced general dentistry in Damascus for over twelve years. After moving to the US, he continued to advance his dental education at the University of Kentucky’s College of Dentistry.

He completed a one-year fellowship in Periodontology, followed by three-year Periodontics residency program, he graduated with a certificate in Periodontology and a Master of Science degree in Dentistry. Dr. Tabaa has engaged in research since his residency and would like to continue to add research activities to his portfolio. In 2019, Dr. Tabaa was awarded third place in the William M. Pennel
Research Competition at the Southern Academy of Periodontology. He participated in Balint Orban Competition and Research Forum, presenting the results of his thesis project at the AAP 105th Annual Meeting and at the 14th Annual Spring Conference at University of Kentucky. In 2023, He published a paper as the 1 st author, entitled “Pattern of grade C molar-incisor pattern
periodontitis in families” in Journal of Periodontology.

Dr. Tabaa actively participates in dental associations and organizations. He is a member in the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, the American College of Prosthodontists, the Kentucky Dental Association, the International Team of Implantology, The International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry, and the Oral Preventive Medicine Association in Syria.

Dr. Tabaa enjoys giving back to the community and his profession by teaching and volunteering. While living in Kentucky, he served as a volunteer general dentist at Mission Lexington Dental Clinic. Currently, he works part-time at the Ohio State University dental clinic as an associate professor and faculty.

When he is not working, he loves to spend time with his family, traveling and practicing sports.

Lauren Rasmussen, DDS

General Dentist

Dr. Rasmussen studied biochemistry at Albion College, later she attended and graduated the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry.

She is a member of the Ohio Dental Association as well as the Dayton Dental Association.

When asked what inspired her to become a dentist she says, “In my childhood, I had positive interactions with my dental providers; they made me feel special & I always enjoyed visiting them. These experiences led me to the goal of helping my own patients overcome dental anxiety as well as assist them in becoming healthier individuals.”

Outside of the office, Dr. Rasmussen enjoys cooking and baking, she volunteers at SISCA, and loves to read!

Aarti Prabhu DMD

General Dentist

Dr. Prabhu was born and raised in Somerset, Kentucky. She received her Bachelor degree in biology in Louisville, Kentucky and later went on to continue her education and training at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry.

During her free time, she enjoys running, hiking and cooking spicy foods.
